We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Coronation Property! Together, we are committed to supporting tenants in their journey from renting to home ownership as part of Coronation's innovative build-to-rent provider, Nation. This collaboration is a significant step towards addressing Australia's housing crisis by providing more options for secure rentals and equal access to home ownership for those who are ready.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Mason & Main in Merrylands with the Coronation Property and Nation teams. We were truly amazed by the quality of the build-to-rent apartments and the wonderful facilities available for residents. Coronation's innovative thinking is helping to build strong and vibrant communities across Sydney.

Our partnership includes funds for our Empowerment Products and Services to assist eligible resident to improve their financial capability and explore their home ownership options within Coronation's Mason & Main development at Merrylands, and Charlie Parker development in Parramatta.
