Jody Broun
Jody has spent 30 years in Aboriginal affairs at national and state levels, in WA and NSW. This has included Co-Chairperson of the National Congress of Australia’s First Peoples, Director General of Aboriginal Affairs in NSW and Executive Director of Aboriginal Housing and Infrastructure in the WA Department of Housing and Works.
Jody has a strong commitment to community decision making and empowerment through strong community governance and employment. Her commitment to education of Aboriginal people has continued since her initial degree and employment as a teacher in the foundation staff of Clontarf Aboriginal College.
Alex Greenwich, MP, Independent Member for Sydney
Alex Greenwich MP is the Independent Member for Sydney in the NSW Parliament, first elected in 2012 with the support of Sydney Lord Mayor Clover Moore. He is committed to working for a liveable, sustainable, and progressive Sydney for all.
Alex is committed to ending homelessness and is a Member on the Premier’s Council on Homelessness where he works with peak bodies, support services and the government to establish policies and plans to address homelessness.
Rajiv Viswanathan
Rajiv is a purpose-driven leader with extensive experience across the public and private sector, gained in diverse roles in New York, London and Sydney.
Most recently Rajiv was the Chief Executive Officer of Indigenous Business Australia (IBA), a commercially focused statutory corporation that supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to own their own homes, start and grow businesses, and make investments. He previously worked with the Macquarie Group in New York and Sydney, where he held various roles in business development and risk management. Before joining Macquarie Group, he worked as a corporate lawyer in London and Sydney.
Rajiv has deep experience in the establishment of new businesses, acquisitions, joint ventures, investment funds and capital raising, including in cross-border contexts. He is particularly passionate about applying commercial solutions to create social impact, such as through impact investment and sustainable finance.
Rajiv is also a non-executive Director of the Community Housing Provider SGCH and the First Nations Foundation, which works to improve financial literacy in Indigenous communities.
