Our Constitution

Our charitable objectives and activities for alleviating poverty and homelessness are set out in our Constitution. We are focused on alleviating the poverty, distress or disadvantage of those in the social and community housing sector.  Head Start Homes was founded and incorporated on that basis and operates on that basis now and always.

Our Constitution prohibits us from operating for the profit or personal gain of our members.

Head Start Homes is accredited as a tax-exempt not-for-profit Community Services Organisation. We have broad support from Federal and State Government regulatory agencies including a charitable fundraising authority with Fair Trading NSW.
